Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat!

Made from a soft felt and tulle base, raised velvet polka dots.
hand cut number &  detailed with hand made flowers and greenery. 

 hand-stitched pom, made from a handspun yarn and tulle. 

Approximately 4.5 inches tall, 2.5 inches wide. Elastic stretches for a wide fit.
